Eligibility
Shams Legal is seeking a qualified candidate with a post-qualification experience (PQE) of 1 to 2 years, specifically in criminal law, with a strong focus on the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) and the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA).
- LLB degree from a recognized institution.
- PQE of 1-2 years with relevant experience in criminal law, particularly in PMLA and FEMA.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in legal research and drafting of documents related to criminal law, PMLA, and FEMA.
- Represent clients in court and during legal proceedings.
- Collaborate with senior advocates and legal teams on various cases.
- Stay updated on legal developments in the field of criminal law.
Salary
15,000-20,000 monthly.
