Mukul Sharma and Company, Advocates, is hiring a Position-Junior Associate

Eligibility

• Experience: Nascent or minimal litigation experience is acceptable, provided the candidate demonstrates keen interest and aptitude for litigation work.
• Qualification: LL.B. from a recognised university; enrollment with the Bar Council is a must.
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills will be valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting pleadings, petitions, and written submissions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case notes and briefs.
• Attend and assist in court hearings before the High Court of Delhi, DRT, and District Courts (in descending order of work volume).
• Coordinate with clients and assist in managing case files.

Salary

As per market standards, commensurate with qualifications and skillset.
