About Enviro Oil Savers Association

The Enviro Oil Savers Association (EOSA) is an Indian non-profit (Section 8 company) focused on creating a circular economy for used lubricating oil, promoting recycling, and ensuring compliance with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations in India. EOSA works with stakeholders (producers, collectors, recyclers) to manage used oil from “cradle to grave,” transforming it from hazardous waste into a valuable resource, aligning with sustainability goals and government mandates.

About the Job

EOSA is hiring a Junior Associate (1–2 PQE) to work directly with me on contractual and corporate matters, including international and cross-border projects.

This is not a volume role. It is suited to someone who takes ownership of their work, values quality, and is looking for direct mentorship with real responsibility.

Eligibility

• 1–2 PQE (including relevant law firm internships / chambers work)
• Strong research and structured writing skills
• Drafting experience is a plus
• International moot court experience preferred
• High attention to detail, reliability, and discipline

Responsibilities

• Legal research (non-negotiable)
• Drafting and review of agreements, notes, and memoranda
• Support on corporate transactions and advisory work
• Exposure to international matters and varied assignments
