Eligibility

• Basic knowledge of Civil Procedure and filings in the District Courts at Pune and Bombay High Court.
• The candidate must possess an E-filing ID for the District Courts, and an Original Side & Appellate Side ID for the Bombay High Court.
• A reasonable command over the English language (spoken and written) is a must.
• Reasonable experience (relative to you years, of course) in drafting pleadings in Civil and Arbitration matters.
• Organizational skills are a must. The candidate will also be required to act as a Tribunal secretary in an arbitration on an immediate basis.
• The candidate must be permanently based out of Pune.
• Compensation will depend on the candidate’s skill set.
• The candidate is expected to join within this month.
