About the Job

TRUE iQPRO LLP, a legal firm based in Kolkata, is inviting applications for the position of Junior Associate (Advocate).

This role offers exposure to diverse practice areas and the opportunity to work on a wide range of matters before the Calcutta High Court, various District Courts across West Bengal, Consumer Forum, Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), MSME-related disputes, and Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) forums.

Role: Junior Associate (Advocate)

Eligibility

• LLB from a recognized university
• 3–4 years of relevant litigation experience
• Strong drafting & communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Professionalism, integrity, and dedication to client service

Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings, contracts, notices, and case documents
• Conducting detailed legal research and preparing case briefs
• Representing and assisting in proceedings before courts, tribunals & ADR forums
• Providing client-focused advisory and strategic support
