Eligibility

• Qualification: LLB
• Must be fluent in Kannada (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Should own a laptop
• Comfortable commuting to court
• Keen to learn and work under a hybrid system (office and remote)
• Ready to take on a dynamic and challenging role

Responsibilities

• Drafting, filing, and appearing before the NCLT
• Legal research and supporting Insolvency Professional tasks
• Drafting contracts, issuing legal notices and handling trademark registrations
• Drafting and Filing of petitions, interim applications, counters, and written submissions under the IBC and Companies Act.
