Eligibility
- Qualification: LLB
- Must be fluent in Kannada (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Should own a laptop
- Comfortable commuting to court
- Keen to learn and work under a hybrid system (office and remote)
- Ready to take on a dynamic and challenging role
Responsibilities
- Drafting, filing, and appearing before the NCLT
- Legal research and supporting Insolvency Professional tasks
- Drafting contracts, issuing legal notices and handling trademark registrations
- Drafting and Filing of petitions, interim applications, counters, and written submissions under the IBC and Companies Act.
