About the Job
NirnAI is hiring: Junior Advocate (0–2 years experience) and Legal Advisor / Senior Advocate (2–5 years experience).
Junior Advocate (0–2 years experience)
Salary: 20,000 – 28,000 Per Month(Based on location) + Incentives Based on performance
Incentives: Up to ₹4,000/month based on performance
Salary is Negotiable for the right candidate.
What they will do:
- Support our AI-driven legal-opinion & title-search workflow
- Draft legal notices, petitions, contracts, replies, and review documents
- Assist in document verification, check ownership history, encumbrances, compliance
- Help in preparing and reviewing AI-generated legal reports, under guidance of senior advocates
- Maintain case records, track documentation and follow-up with lenders/clients
Legal Advisor / Senior Advocate (2–5 years experience)
Salary : ₹27,000–₹39,000/month + Incentives Based on performance
Incentives: Up to ₹4,000/month based on performance
Salary is Negotiable for the right candidate
What they will do:
- Review and finalize platform-generated legal opinions
- Draft and review complex agreements and property-related documents
- Offer legal guidance, compliance strategies, and risk assessments
- Mentor junior team members and ensure document accuracy
- Work with banks, NBFCs, and internal stakeholders on legal matters
Legal Operations Manager (State Lead Role)
(Hiring for Mysore & Hyderabad)
Salary Range: ₹8–12 LPA (based on experience and capability)
Role Overview: This role leads a state legal centre, manages delivery operations, oversees the team, and ensures quality and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage the legal delivery centre
- Lead and scale a team of junior advocates and legal support staff
- Ensure timely and accurate legal output aligned to client expectations
- Handle client interfacing, reporting, and escalation management
- Ensure compliance, process discipline, and workflow efficiency
- Support pre-sales, demos, and client discussions when required
Location and Language
