Eligibility and Experience
- LLB (5 years or 3 years)
- 6 months -01 year PQE
Roles and Responsibilities
- 1. Drafting/preparing agreements, reports, deeds, contracts, replies, letters and other documents as required from time to time from a legal perspective.
- 2.Provide legal inputs on matters handled by the Jr.Associate
- 3.Review and negotiate Vendor legal agreements for the changes suggested by the counterparty and get it executed.
- 4.Provide support for the lawyers and consultants in preparing, revising and finalizing legal documents.
- 5.Ensure that all departments of the company are fulfilling legal compliances.
- 6.Undertaking research on various legal aspects.
- 7.Keep an updated record of legal agreements executed, being negotiated and cases pending with the status on time to time basis.
- 8.Make Trackers and ensure they’re updated.
- 9.Help their Seniors with the legal request put forth by them.
