About the opportunity

Firm is looking for candidates with prior experience in the fields of Venture Capital and Private Equity (M&A and Joint Venture experience would be a plus).

Experience

Experience can include either representing companies who have received PE/VC investments or representation of PE/VC funds.
Apart from being well versed with the nuances of transactions, candidates should be self-starters and should have the ability to work with minimum supervision.

Role 1:

PQE : 1 to 2 years
Designation : Associate
Location : Bengaluru
Role : Candidate to have prior experience in Private Equity / Venture Capital or M&A transactions

Role 2:

PQE : 2 to 5 years
Designation : Associate / Senior Associate
Location : Bengaluru
Role : Candidate to have prior experience in Private Equity / Venture Capital or M&A transactions
