About the IPTSE

As technology reshapes the world economy, intellectual property will grow in importance and take a central role in the economy. Given this context, it is imperative to arm future generations with the knowledge of intellectual property rights. The Intellectual Property Talent Search Examination (IPTSE) is administered by IPTSE Academy and is supported by industry bodies, ERICSSON, Government departments and other prominent educational institutions, to raise IP awareness in India. An annual proctored examination, IPTSE tests participants knowledge of copyright, patent, trademark, geographical indication, industrial design & trade secrets. Initially aimed towards school and college students, the examination is now open to all.
