Eligibility
Experience: 0-2 years. Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized university.
Skills
- Basic understanding of intellectual property laws and concepts.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and filing of trademark, patent, and copyright applications.
- Conduct research on intellectual property laws, regulations, and case law.
- Support senior attorneys in drafting legal documents, such as agreements and licenses.
- Review and analyze IP portfolios to identify potential issues and opportunities.
- Help in managing and maintaining records of intellectual property assets.
- Assist with the preparation of legal opinions and reports.
- Participate in meetings with clients and provide support during consultations.
- Monitor and report on the status of IP applications and renewals.
