About the Job

They are hiring for fresh Law graduate

Eligibility

Experience: 0-2 years. Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized university.

Skills

• Basic understanding of intellectual property laws and concepts.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and filing of trademark, patent, and copyright applications.
• Conduct research on intellectual property laws, regulations, and case law.
• Support senior attorneys in drafting legal documents, such as agreements and licenses.
• Review and analyze IP portfolios to identify potential issues and opportunities.
• Help in managing and maintaining records of intellectual property assets.
• Assist with the preparation of legal opinions and reports.
• Participate in meetings with clients and provide support during consultations.
• Monitor and report on the status of IP applications and renewals.
