Eligibility

Minimum 3 years in a law firm

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage documentation, evidence, and exhibits for trademark hearings.
• Conduct weekly Trade Mark Journal searches.
• Draft and share reporting emails and follow-ups with clients.
• Maintain and regularly update client IP portfolios.
• Prepare annexures in CD format and upload soft copies to internal drives.
• File applications for trademarks, designs, and copyrights with Indian IP Office (IPIndia) and WIPO (Madrid Protocol)
• Track deadlines and ensure accuracy of docketing systems for all IP matters.
• Monitor oppositions, rectifications, and hearing schedules; coordinate with relevant IP offices.
• Generate reports on filing statuses, renewals, and upcoming deadlines.
• Assist attorneys in preparing case files for oppositions and enforcement matters.
