RNA, Technology and IP Attorneys is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate (Litigation) to join its IP litigation team in Gurugram.

Eligibility

• 4–5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience in Intellectual Property litigation.
• Proven experience representing clients and regularly appearing before District and High Courts.
• Strong understanding of relevant statutes, procedural law, and court practice.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and filing petitions, plaints, appeals, applications, and other court pleadings.
• Representing clients and appearing before District and High Courts.
• Conducting legal research and drafting.
• Handling IP litigation matters.
