RNA, Technology and IP Attorneys is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate (Litigation) to join its IP litigation team in Gurugram.
Eligibility
- 4–5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience in Intellectual Property litigation.
- Proven experience representing clients and regularly appearing before District and High Courts.
- Strong understanding of relevant statutes, procedural law, and court practice.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and filing petitions, plaints, appeals, applications, and other court pleadings.
- Representing clients and appearing before District and High Courts.
- Conducting legal research and drafting.
- Handling IP litigation matters.
