• IP Associate
• Transactional Lawyer

The firm works across intellectual property, contracts, business law, media & entertainment, and international advisory matters.

Eligibility

• Preferably 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Strong drafting skills
• Commercial understanding
• Clarity of thought
• Professionalism and ownership mindset

Responsibilities

IP Associate

The role involves working on Indian and international IP matters for startups, production houses, tech companies, FMCG brands, pharma companies, and more.

Key work areas include:

• Trademark and copyright matters
• Brand protection and enforcement

IP strategy

• Filings and prosecution
• Legal notices
• Client interaction
• Transactional Lawyer
• The role focuses on the business and commercial side of legal practice, including:
• Drafting and reviewing agreements
• Negotiating and structuring commercial contracts
• Founder documentation
• SaaS agreements
• Service agreements
• Production contracts
• Employment agreements

Salary

Salary shall be commensurate with experience.
