About Fashion Entrepreneur Fund
The Fashion Entrepreneur Fund is an initiative by FEF India Fashion Awards, spearheading a Venture Studio. A platform providing financial support to budding fashion enthusiasts to turn their dreams into reality. It is an “amalgamation of fashion and funding.” FEF was founded by Sanjay Nigam, the torchbearer of the Indian fashion revolution in June 2021.
About the Internship
Fashion Entrepreneur Fund is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Intern to join our Investment Banking team. The intern will work closely with team to assist in deal execution, portfolio monitoring, documentation, and strategic support to portfolio companies.
Eligibility
- Students or recent graduates from Legal or Finance backgrounds.
- Pursuing or has completed a degree in Law, Finance (preferred), Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of deal structures, term sheets, and investment documentation.
- Familiarity with financial statements, business models, and financial metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Strong research, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Clear and professional communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing and drafting key deal documents such as SHA, SSA, SPA etc.
- Analyse pitch decks, business plans, and financial models of potential investments.
- Perform financial ratio analysis and assist in basic financial due diligence.
- Support in the creation of investor pitch decks for both internal use and portfolio companies.
- Coordinate and maintain regular communication with portfolio companies for updates, reporting, and compliance.
- Track key performance metrics and assist in preparing portfolio review reports and dashboards.
- Help manage data rooms and coordinate documentation during deal execution.
- Assist in preparing investment memos and presentations for internal committees
