PapSwap recognized under Startup India and StartInUP program is working on citizen-centric policy-based Governance through direct engagement between governments and the respective scheme beneficiaries. They have recently signed an MoU with the Government of UP as a “Policy Engagement Partner” to help them spread the message of innovation and entrepreneurship amongst the youth across the state.

About the Internship

PapSwap is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join their team as a Public Policy Research Intern.

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in researching and analyzing investment policies at both the state and central levels, with a primary focus on UP state.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of impactful policy recommendations that will shape investment landscapes.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or a related field.
  Strong research and analytical skills, with a keen interest in public policy issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with government processes and investment frameworks is a plus.
  

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on UP state and central ministry investment policies.
• Analyze existing policies, identify gaps, and propose strategic improvements.
• Monitor legislative developments and policy changes affecting the investment climate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and ensure a comprehensive understanding of policy dynamics.

Duration of Internship

This is a 6-month internship position, with the possibility of extension based on performance and mutual interest.
