About the Internship
Adv Siddharth Kakka is seeking dedicated and disciplined interns for his Mumbai office located in Fort. Areas of Practice – Arbitration, Company Law, Property Disputes, 138 matters, Labour disputes, Insolvency and Bankruptcy matters, Execution matters, GST Writs, Recovery matters, and all the allied corporate, commercial, and civil litigation. Profile – Litigation & Non-Litigation.
Responsibilities
- Litigation – Drafting applications, assisting attorneys, gaining practical experience at Bombay High Court, City Civil and Sessions Courts, District Courts, NCLT, and various other adjudicating bodies in Mumbai.
- Non- Litigation – Drafting & Registration of Agreements, Contracts, Drafting documents/legal notices, conducting research, Court/Tribunal compliances, filing cases at Courts/Tribunals, attending Client meetings and allied matters.
Duration of Internship
Intern shall be prepared for internship for a minimum 6 months in our Chamber.
