About the Internship
He is hiring for Legal Advisor Intern.
Eligibility
- Good Communication skills (both verbal and non-verbal).
- Good understanding of Legal knowledge such as business law, corporate law, and policies.
- The prior Internship experience will be added advantage.
- Documentation tools such as MS Word and Powerpoint are preferred.
- Pursuing / Completed BBA LLB.
Responsibilities
- Work with the core team to draft and review various agreements including non-disclosure agreements, terms of service documents, marketing agreements, master services agreements, IP licensing agreements, and other types of contracts and agreements
- Supporting the team in drafting key policies and guidelines.
- Drafting and proofreading of commercial contracts and SOPs.
