About Organisation

Office of Advocate Shrish Dixit, a litigation-focused practice dealing with civil, criminal, constitutional, and regulatory matters before District Courts and quasi-judicial bodies. The practice also includes handling cheque bouncing (NI Act) matters and extensive legal drafting work.

About the Internship

This is a litigation-oriented internship aimed at providing hands-on exposure to real legal work. Interns will gain practical experience in drafting, legal research, and court-related procedures, along with understanding litigation workflow and case management.

 Eligibility

• Law students (3-year or 5-year LL.B. course)
• Strong interest in litigation and court practice
• Basic knowledge of legal research and drafting preferred

Responsibilities

• Drafting writ petitions, plaints, affidavits, bail applications, and legal notices
• Conducting legal research using SCC Online, Manupatra, and Indian Kanoon
• Assisting in cheque bouncing (NI Act) cases
• Preparing case summaries, notes, and cause lists
• File management and coordination (court exposure for offline interns)
