About the Job
Advocate Shreyas Jain is looking for LLB graduates having PQE 0-1 to fill up 01 vacancies in his office.
Eligibility
Applicants must see that they fulfill the following requirements before applying for this position:
- Dedicated towards Litigation;
- Having good Drafting skills;
- Having good Case Research skills;
- Applicant must EITHER have some prior Drafting experience in a litigation office OR must have participated & drafted a ‘Memorial’ in a Moot Court/Trial Advocacy Competition during college.
Applications from “Fresh Graduates” & “PQE 0-1” are welcome, provided they fulfill all the above criteria.
Responsibilities
The work nature will mostly include case drafting in respect of the ongoing/new cases before the Magistrate/Sessions/High Court of Bombay, as well as case research work.
