About the Internship
Adv Riya Soni is inviting internship applications for “Legal Intern” for Noida Office. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various legal matters such as Customs, GST, Intellectual property, and corporate governance.
Eligibility
If you are a law graduate, with a solid foundation in legal research, writing, and analysis, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research and drafting memos on various legal issues
- Assisting in preparing legal documentation and agreements
- Attending court hearings and client meetings
- Managing and organizing legal documents and files
- Assisting in case preparation
- Communicating effectively with clients, attorneys, and court personnel
- Utilizing MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for various legal tasks
