About the Internship
The Chambers of Paras Mohan Sharma is inviting applications from law students for a remote internship in Civil and Commercial Litigation.

The internship is designed for law students seeking practical exposure to litigation and an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of legal practice beyond academic study.
Eligibility
Applicants should:
- Be law students, preferably in the third year or above of a five-year law programme or the final year of a three-year law programme.
- Have a strong interest in civil procedure and commercial law.
- Possess good legal research and drafting skills.
- Demonstrate a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
Duration
4 weeks, with flexibility.
Certificate
Certificates will be awarded to interns upon successful completion of the internship.
Mode
Remote. However, applicants should be available to visit courts for urgent matters and be prepared to travel outstation for client meetings when required.
Stipend
A stipend will be payable subject to the intern’s performance.
Location
The internship involves matters before the RERA Tribunals, Delhi High Court, and the Supreme Court.
