Responsibilities
- Assist with legal research and drafting memoranda and briefs.
- Gain exposure to live cases/transactions and client matters (under supervision).
- Attend client meetings, court hearings, or negotiation sessions.
- Analyze case law and statutory developments.
- Support the attorneys on a variety of challenging projects.
