About the Internship

This is a call for a paid long-term assessment internship opportunity at Adv Deepak Joshi’s office, with the hope of finding an associate going forward.

Eligibility

The candidates should have a preliminary knowledge of basic commercial and/or civil laws/concepts & a zeal to learn/apply their minds. They try to make the internship a valuable experience for the candidate with extensive discussions, learnings & delegation. Eligible candidates – final year or final semester students (3/5 year courses)

Responsibilities

• Case law research
• Drafting: notes on case laws, case briefs, conference notes, synopsis, LOD, written submissions, procedural applications, etc.
• Assistance in: briefing, client conferences, drafting of substantive pleadings & applications, written opinions/advisory, knowledge management, case-related procedural compliances, articles, research papers, etc. drafting/vetting of agreements
