Paid Research Internship Opportunity with Adv Amer Vaid: Apply by June 06

About the Internship

Adv Amer Vaid is looking for an intern to work with me this summer – June of 2024. Since the High Court is restricted to the vacation bench, Adv Amer Vaid wants to invest my mental resources into some sort of academic work.

As a note to law students who want to get into litigation, physical internships in June in Delhi are not worth it. Most chambers have limited functioning and the court system in June does not give the correct perspective on how the court actually works.

Eligibility

This internship is open to law students who have/are going into their final year – commencing their 3rd year (3-year program) and commencing their 5th year (5-year program).

However, candidates who have published research papers and articles in the past would be given preference, simply because my life would become easier.

Responsibilities

The work will include research on various topics in the realm of arbitration law, intellectual property rights, constitutional law (we shall learn together), commercial law, the CPC, etc. The idea is to critically analyse the position of law and test judicial opinion on certain aspects.
