About the Internship
A Legal Intern is needed preferably pursuing last semester for Gurgaon-based company Wheelseye Technology India Private Limited.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing & ensuring compliance with legal frameworks and policies. Draft, review and negotiate with partners and vendors a wide range of commercial and other agreements including API Agreements, Alliance Agreements, Service Agreements, LOI, MOUs, Marketing Agreements, Wallet Agreements, and other business contracts. The intern will be required to visit the corporate office 6 days a week at Gurgaon.
