Company Secretaries (erstwhile known as Dave Nagar & Associates). He holds an immense expertise in handling the litigation and non litigation matters pertaining to Corporate Law & IBC apart from other Debt recovery laws such as SARFAESI, NI, MSMED, Recovery Of Debts & Bankruptcy Act and the Consumer Law. CS Vinit Nagar is actively engaged into the appearance & advisory practice and regularly appears before various quasi-judicial authorities such as NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, DRAT, Consumer Forum, MSEFC, RBI, SEBI, SAT, ROC and Regional Director(MCA) across India.

His firm holds PAN India presence through it’s project partners located at Mumbai, Delhi, Jaipur, Udaipur, Bhopal, Indore, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata & Bangalore apart from it’s physical presence at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Vinit Nagar & Co are open to take CS INTERNS/ Paralegal at our office in Ahmedabad.

Eligibility

Students interested in handling compliance, litigation and non litigation matters pertaining to Companies Act, FEMA & IBC shall be considered on priority basis .

The applicant is required to possess good command over English Language and must be conversant with the Companies Act.

Work from Office is basic prerequisite.
