About the Internship

• Legal Intern for Intellectual Property Rights Law, Corporate Law and Securities Law.
• As a legal intern, you will assist our legal team with the research, analysis, and drafting of legal documents related to intellectual property and securities law matters.
• You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including trademark and copyrights, contract drafting and negotiation, FMCG compliances, Company law and compliance with securities regulations.
• Lunch will be provided daily. We are committed to providing a valuable learning experience and will work with you to ensure that you gain practical skills and knowledge in the areas of Intellectual property, Corporate law and Securities law.
• Duration: Minimum two months

Eligibility

• Currently studying in 3rd, 4th or 5th year of 5 years integrated B.A.LL.B/BBA.LL.B course from an accredited Law University.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with intellectual property, corporate law and securities law preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on Trademark, copyrights and securities law issues, including case law, statutes, regulations, and industry trends.
• Analyze legal documents and data to identify relevant issues and propose solutions.
• Draft legal documents such as contracts, licenses, trademark applications, and legal notices.
• Assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents with relevant government agencies.
• Participate in meetings and calls with clients and other stakeholders, and prepare meeting notes and summaries.
• Monitor and analyze changes in Intellectual property law, corporate law, securities laws and related regulations, and provide updates to the legal team.
• Assist with other legal matters and projects as needed.
