Eligibility
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Skills: Proficiency in contract drafting and negotiation
Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Draft & review NDAs, IOs, MSAs, DPAs.
- Legal Research: Advertising laws, data protection, IP rights.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulations.
- Cross- function Collaboration: Work with sales, finance & operations.
