Eligibility

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in law, engineering,
• or a related field.
• Strong interest in intellectual property and patent law.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• A basic understanding of patent processes and procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Patent Information Searching and AI-curated Patent Searches.
• Support Freedom to Operate Searches and Patent Landscape Analysis.
• Contribute to Design Patentability Searches and Non-Patent Literature Searches.
• Participate in Custom Patent Searches and Technology Scouting.
• Help with Patent Summary creation and New Application Scouting.
• Engage in Reverse Engineering, Patent Mining, and Market Surveillance Monitoring.
• Aid in Technical Monitoring, Competitor Monitoring, and Legal Status Monitoring.
• Assist in Patent Data Verification and European Patent (EP) Validation.
• Support Patent Filing Form Preparation and Patent Term Adjustments.
• Assist in drafting Office Action (OA) Responses and Proofreading Patents.
• Help prepare Information Disclosure Statements (IDS) and maintain Patent Docketing.
• Contribute to Patent Drawings/Illustrations and Design Patent Drawings.
• Support Patent Drafting, Sequence Listing, and India IP Filing tasks.
