About the Internship

The firm is looking to engage one long-term legal intern for its Corporate and Commercial practice. The internship is scheduled to commence on June 1, 2026.

The internship is designed as a six-month engagement and offers the possibility of conversion into a Trainee role for suitable candidates at the end of the term.

Eligibility

The opportunity is open to:

• Students in the 4th year of a 5-year integrated law programme
• Students in the 2nd year of a 3-year LL.B. programme

Applicants should be able to commit to a long-term engagement.

Responsibilities

The selected intern will work on live matters across the following practice areas:

• Mergers & Acquisitions, including startup transactions, structuring, due diligence, and transaction documentation such as SHA and SSA
• Intellectual Property matters relating to trademarks, copyrights, and design filing and enforcement
• Regulatory advisory involving SEBI-regulated structures, including VC/AIF formation and Merchant Banking licensing
• Creator and Digital Media advisory, including pre-script legal diligence and IP risk assessment for digital content
• Contracts and General Corporate advisory work, including drafting and transactional support

The role involves substantive legal work and participation in ongoing transactions and mandates.

Preferred Qualifications

The firm prefers candidates who possess:

• Strong research orientation
• Ability to independently interpret legal provisions and form reasoned views
• Prior internship experience in Corporate or Intellectual Property practice
• Publications or legal writing experience in relevant domains

Duration

The internship will run for a period of six months.
