About the Job
T&R Law Offices is inviting applications for a paid Legal Internship commencing on 18th February 2025. The internship offers meaningful exposure to ongoing corporate transactions and advisory work, providing hands-on experience in research, drafting, and corporate legal matters.
Eligibility
- Law students committed to the full duration of the internship.
- Candidates with prior internship experience or interest in General Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions preferred.
- Strong research orientation; prior publications or legal writing experience will be viewed favourably.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in legal research and drafting assignments.
- Supporting corporate advisory mandates and ongoing transactions.
- Assisting in matters relating to Mergers & Acquisitions, AIF Formation & Structuring, and Legal Due Diligence.
- Drafting and reviewing corporate agreements including Shareholders’ Agreements and Share Subscription Agreements.
- Assisting in Intellectual Property filings and allied corporate law matters.

3 Months (Mandatory)
Work Mode
Hybrid preferred; remote internships may be considered for suitable candidates.
