Eligibility
This opportunity is open strictly to law students in their 4th or 5th year of a 5-year B.A. LL.B./B.B.A. LL.B. program or 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. program.
Responsibilities
- Interns will gain hands-on exposure to contract drafting and review, legal research, Companies Act, Contract Act, IBC, and client coordination.
- The role also involves staying updated with legal and corporate current affairs, and regularly working with regulatory websites such as those of the MCA, SEBI, RBI, CCI and IBBI.
