About the Internship

Shandilya Law Offices, a reputed name in the legal fraternity, is inviting applications for its Winter Internship Program (December 2025). We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, comprehensive legal services across diverse practice areas including Writ Petitions, Civil and Criminal Litigation, Arbitration, Land Acquisition (Right to Fair Compensation), DRT Matters, Consumer Affairs, Intellectual Property Rights, Negotiable Instruments Act, Prevention of Corruption cases, Family Law, Cyber Law, and more.

Interns demonstrating exceptional performance may also be considered for recruitment offers.

Leave Policy: Four (4) casual leaves (prior intimation mandatory)

Eligibility

As a Legal Intern at Shandilya Law Offices, you will work alongside experienced legal professionals and handle assignments akin to those given to practicing associates. This internship provides hands-on exposure to live cases, research work, drafting, court visits, and groundwork — ensuring a true taste of legal practice.

It is looking for candidates with:

• Strong drafting skills
• Good communication abilities
• Proficiency in English and Hindi
• Excellent research aptitude
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Practical understanding of legal groundwork
• Enthusiasm for new and diverse legal matters
• Willingness to attend court proceedings and assist in arguments
