About the Internship
Samdarria & Associates is seeking motivated and diligent law students for their upcoming internship cohort. It offers a hands-on environment where interns are treated as junior associates in training, providing a deep dive into the mechanics of a high-functioning law firm.
Eligibility
- Students currently enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program.
- Candidates with strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
- A proactive attitude toward learning “how the law works” on the ground.
- Proficiency in legal research tools (SCC Online, Manupatra, Westlaw, etc.).
Responsibilities
At Samdarria & Associates, they move beyond basic clerical work. You will be actively involved in:
- Case Management: Learning the lifecycle of litigation and corporate matters from filing to resolution.
- Drafting: Gaining experience in preparing legal notices, petitions, and applications.
- Legal Research: Utilizing legal databases to solve complex legal problems and assist in trial prep.
- Operational Oversight: Assisting the team in tracking court dates, compliance, and client deliverables.
