About the Job
Sakshar Law Associates is pleased to invite applications for a General Litigation Internship in Tax and Corporate Laws. This program is designed for students who wish to gain practical exposure and develop a comprehensive understanding of litigation practice, particularly in the areas of general tax and corporate law.
Internship Period: 10 January 2026 – 10 February 2026
Eligibility
- Students pursuing LLB or B.Com
- Strong interest in general litigation, particularly tax and corporate matters.
Responsibilities
- Selected interns will be involved in the following activities:
Drafting appeals, affidavits, applications, and replies - Drafting and reviewing agreements and contracts
- Drafting legal notices, plaints, and petitions
- Assisting in legal research for ongoing matters
- Case analysis and briefing
