About the Job

Sakshar Law Associates is pleased to invite applications for a General Litigation Internship in Tax and Corporate Laws. This program is designed for students who wish to gain practical exposure and develop a comprehensive understanding of litigation practice, particularly in the areas of general tax and corporate law.

Internship Period: 10 January 2026 – 10 February 2026

Eligibility

• Students pursuing LLB or B.Com
• Strong interest in general litigation, particularly tax and corporate matters.

Responsibilities

• Selected interns will be involved in the following activities:
  
  Drafting appeals, affidavits, applications, and replies
• Drafting and reviewing agreements and contracts
• Drafting legal notices, plaints, and petitions
• Assisting in legal research for ongoing matters
• Case analysis and briefing
