About the Internship
SAA & Co. is looking for passionate legal interns to join our firm and gain hands-on experience in litigation, legal research, and drafting. They are looking for long term assessment interns with passion for litigation and drafting.
Eligibility
- Students studying in 3rd year and onwards of an integrated 5 year Law course.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team is required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and research skills are essential.
- Candidate with a Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Researching and drafting representations to effect the change.
- Assisting with legal research and analysis, drafting legal documents, preparing case summaries.
- Contributing meaningfully to our projects while honing your writing skills.
- Creating and refining content with a focus on leg
- Collaboration with the legal team on ongoing projects, providing administrative and research support.
- Assistance in drafting and reviewing agreements under the guidance of the legal team.
- Role and Responsibilities comprise of Legal Research, assistance in matters, content management and client interactions.
