About the Internship

Royaloak India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join their Legal Team for a full-time, work-from-office internship opportunity.

Eligibility

Students pursuing 3-year or 5-year LL.B. course
Strong legal research and drafting skills
Good communication and analytical abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases preferred
Must be available for immediate joining and full-time office presence throughout the internship duration

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research on laws, regulations, and case laws
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting agreements, notices, and legal documents
Support compliance-related work and legal documentation
Prepare summaries, reports, and maintain legal records
Coordinate with internal teams on legal and contractual matters
Assist in litigation and dispute-related documentation, wherever required
