About the Internship

Round Glass is hiring legal interns.

Eligibility

1.Bachelor of Law – Final Year
2.Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
3.Ability to review, interpret, and summarize legal documents and case law accurately.
4.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across functions while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
6.Proactive, adaptable, and quick to respond to evolving legal and business needs.

Responsibilities

1.Conducting legal research and analyze recent case laws to support ongoing matters.
2. Assist with the preparation, filing, and management of trademark applications including related documentation for submission;
3.Collate, organize, and maintain legal data, documents, and trackers for efficient access;
4.Assisting with the drafting, formatting, and standardization of contract templates
5.Providing administrative support for legal and regulatory filings
6.Coordinate and follow up with internal stakeholders, external legal consultants or government departments as needed.
