About the Internship

Rhenus India is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern. The internship offers exposure to customs law, trade compliance, and regulatory frameworks, along with practical experience in compliance-related functions.

Eligibility

• Strong research and analytical skills
• Interest in trade compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Good drafting and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Working on matters related to the Customs Act, 1962 and allied regulations
• HS classification, customs valuation, SVB and AEO procedures
• Research on FTAs and regulatory compliances including BIS, Legal Metrology, and EPR
• Regulatory research, advisories, trainings, and newsletters
• Internal customs and trade compliance support
• Assistance in actual customs clearance processes
