Legal Internship Opportunity at Rainbow Enterprise (Dehradun Office)

Start Date: Immediately

This internship offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and gain exposure to various aspects of corporate law, legal drafting, and compliance. 

Eligibility

They are looking for enthusiastic candidates who:

• Are available for a part-time internship for 3 months.
• Can start between 27th Oct 2025 and 1st November 2025.
• Are based in Dehradun.
• Possess strong English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Are detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Have basic knowledge of legal drafting, documentation, and MS-Office tools.

Responsibilities

As an intern, you’ll be involved in:

• Conducting legal research and analysis on diverse topics.
• Drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, agreements, and case-related documents.
• Assisting in case preparation, documentation, and trial support.
• Attending internal meetings, client interactions, and legal proceedings.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and official correspondence using MS-Office, Google Docs, and Google Drive.
