Eligibility

Candidates should:

• Be law students interested in gaining practical exposure to litigation.
• Have a strong interest in legal drafting, legal research, and court practice.
• Possess good research, analytical, and drafting skills with attention to detail.
• Prior internship experience before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, or Tribunals will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Interns will be involved in:

• Legal research and drafting.
• Assisting in matters before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, MACT Tribunals, Consumer Commissions, and other judicial forums.
• Preparing briefs, case notes, compilations, and other legal documents.
• Assisting in client conferences and court proceedings.

• PBPT
• Arbitration
