Eligibility

Candidates should:

• Be law students currently in V-II or V-III of a 5-year law course, or III-I or III-II of a 3-year law course.
• Possess strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Be proficient in MS Office.
• Be familiar with legal research tools and databases.
• Have the ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to quality work.

Responsibilities

Legal Interns will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive legal research.
• Drafting pleadings, applications, case notes, briefs, and legal summaries.
• Assisting in the preparation and perusal of case files.
• Providing logistical and procedural support across courts and tribunals in Mumbai.
• Undertaking analytical and strategy-related assignments.

Duration

The internship will be for a duration of 2–3 months.
