N & Company Legal is inviting applications for two one-month internships in Delhi, offering hands-on exposure to litigation, white-collar crime, insolvency, commercial disputes, and intellectual property matters.

N & Company Legal is a full-service litigation firm based in New Delhi. The firm practises before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), and other specialised tribunals.

About the Internship
N & Company Legal is looking to engage two interns to work closely with its team in Delhi.
The internship offers hands-on exposure to white-collar crime defence and PMLA, insolvency and bankruptcy, commercial litigation and dispute resolution, and intellectual property rights. Interns will work directly with the firm’s partners and senior associates.
Eligibility
- Candidates currently pursuing a law degree.
- Candidates who have recently completed a law degree.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Sound understanding of procedural law.
- Genuine interest in litigation practice.
- Prior internship experience in a litigation setting will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
Responsibilities
The selected interns will work on:
- Legal research.
- Drafting of pleadings and opinions.
- Case law analysis.
- Preparation for hearings before courts, tribunals, and regulatory bodies.
- Matters before forums including the NCLT and NCLAT.
