About the Internship

N & Company Legal is looking to engage two interns to work closely with its team in Delhi.

The internship offers hands-on exposure to white-collar crime defence and PMLA, insolvency and bankruptcy, commercial litigation and dispute resolution, and intellectual property rights. Interns will work directly with the firm’s partners and senior associates.

Eligibility

• Candidates currently pursuing a law degree.
• Candidates who have recently completed a law degree.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Sound understanding of procedural law.
• Genuine interest in litigation practice.
• Prior internship experience in a litigation setting will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

The selected interns will work on:

• Legal research.
• Drafting of pleadings and opinions.
• Case law analysis.
• Preparation for hearings before courts, tribunals, and regulatory bodies.
• Matters before forums including the NCLT and NCLAT.
