About The Job
The Legal Manager will be responsible for handling litigation matters and coordinating with advocates and internal teams for timely resolution of cases.
Eligibility
- 2–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a litigation profile.
- Prior experience in handling SARFAESI, Negotiable Instruments Act and arbitration matters is preferred.
- Strong legal drafting and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Handling litigation matters under the SARFAESI Act, Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and Arbitration.
- Coordinating with advocates and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of cases.
- Drafting legal notices, replies and other litigation-related documents with precision.
