About Mumbai Centre For International Arbitration
The Mumbai Centre For International Arbitration (MCIA) is a first-of-its-kind international arbitration institution headquartered in Mumbai with secretarial offices in Bangalore and New Delhi. The MCIA is the result of a joint effort between domestic and international arbitration and the business community.
About the Internship
MCIA is accepting applications for a Long-Term Assessment Internship from January 2025, for a period of six months at MCIA Headquarters, Mumbai. The Internship will provide a practical experience of the role and functions performed by the MCIA as a premier arbitral institution in India.
Eligibility
- 5th Year law student of a 5-year law course / 3rd Year law student of a 3-year law course
- Relevant interest and background in international arbitration
Responsibilities
As an intern, you will assist the MCIA Secretariat in the administration of cases under the MCIA Rules.
