About the Opportunity
MarkShield is inviting candidates for a paid Intellectual Property Law Internship and an assessment internship. (Full-Time)
Responsibilities
- Conducting in-depth legal research for existing matters in relation with trademarks, copyright and designs registrations as well as commercial suits related to IP Laws.
- Assisting in preparing IP search reports, application drafts, plaint drafts as well as cease-and-desist strategies, takedown notices, and IP enforcement actions.
- Reviewing and summarizing relevant case laws and preparing articles therewith.
