About the Internship

Lex Mantis is looking to onboard a candidate for the internship. Those interested in pursuing a career in Intellectual Property Law and Commercial Contracts are encouraged to send their resumes. Internship period: One / Two months.

Eligibility

Pursuing Bachelor in law (5th year) (Mandatory); Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Motivated and ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Strong legal knowledge with corporate laws / IP laws Must have good organizational and time management skills;
• Must have ability to review, vet, and draft legal documents and transaction agreements;
• Must be able to assist on corporate POSH cases;
• Sound academic credentials, research, writing, and communication skills are a must;
• Must have the ability to deliver high-quality Power Point presentations on various laws and case laws:
• Must have the ability to deliver high-quality work on a consistent basis; and
• Must have good networking skills within the organization and outside.
