- Contracts vetting/Drafting.
- Due diligence of documents.
- Liasoning with external Lawyers.
- Liaison with all government authorities for all compliances as may be required.
- Implementation of compliance tool for the organization.
- Agreements, MIS/trackers and other complete corporate work.
