Responsibilities
As a Company Secretary cum Law Firm they provide vast exposure under the Companies Act, 2013, Legal Drafting, Commercial Lease Deeds, IPR-related matters, Research Work, RBI, FEMA and other industrial-specific laws etc.
If you join, you will get the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and also have the opportunity to contribute to real-world legal projects and gain valuable experience in corporate governance and legal compliance.
