About the Internship

Legalbook is seeking a dynamic and motivated Legal Trainee to join our product team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the legal tech industry, specifically focusing on contract management and review. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in legal research, contract law, and the intersection of technology and legal practice.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• Strong interest in contract law, legal technology, and research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and present findings clearly and concisely.
• Familiarity with contract management systems or legal tech products is a plus.

Responsibilities

Research and Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth research on contract review methodologies and best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in contract management and legal technology.
• Analyze and report on contract management issues commonly faced by legal teams.

Product Testing:

• Participate in user testing of the contract review process within the Legalbook platform.
• Provide feedback on user experience, identify areas for improvement, and suggest enhancements.

Content Creation:

• Write blogs, research articles, and case studies related to contract management and legal technology.
• Contribute to the development of educational content for Legalbook users, such as guides and tutorials.

Collaborative Support:

• Work closely with the product development team to align legal insights with product features.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing product documentation to ensure legal accuracy and compliance.
